DESCALING PUMPS
Descaling pumps are used to descale boilers, wall hanging and free standing boilers, water heaters, plastic moulding machines, evaporation towers, heat exchangers, coils, fridge group and chillers.
These types of pumps have a capacity and a pressure suitable for removing the deposited limestone, due to the hardness of the water used, recovering the optimal heat exchange.

The tank must be chosen according to the equipment to be descaled, starting from the fact that a chemical product must be mixed with water from 10% to 15%, depending on its characteristics.

POWER FLUSHING PUMPS
Power flushing pumps have been designed to clean and to restore traditional heating and cooling systems, of any plastic and metal material, when these are compromised by corrosion residues or by the formation of algae that reduce the efficiency of the system, increasing energy consumption.
When a system is compromised, it must be washed with a pump with high flow rate and pressure, so that corrosion residues and algae formation can be removed quickly and effectively.
The technical and construction characteristics of the Manta power flushing pumps allow the system to be washed properly, thanks to a motor capable of providing high pressure necessary to restore proper functioning.
It becomes essential to use efficient chemicals together with the pumps.
HYPERFLUSH 36
Among the Manta power flushing pumps, we find the Hyperflush 36, designed specifically for washing domestic systems, up to 15/20 radiators; 2/3 floors.
It is equipped with an anti-acid vertical axis, with flow inverter.
Thanks to the 36L tank, there is sufficient water available to wash the system without too many interruptions; contrary, a small tank would run out of water too frequently during recirculation, increasing the intervention time.
The two three-way valves allow the muddy liquid returning from the system to be drained, avoiding its recirculation back into the system via the tank.
The water topping up valve facilitates and speeds up the filling of the tank during the washing operation.
The overflow valve allows connection to the drain in the event that, during washing, the tank overfills, especially in those moments when the operator is engaged in other operations.
Overall, a power flushing pump must be equipped with pipes to connect: delivery, return, inlet, drain and overflow.
