How the lifetime warranty works
We have so much confidence in the Easy Line that we have made it the first range of water treatment equipment guaranteed for life.
It is a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
All production defects are covered.
Not covered: consumable and wear parts (e.g. O-rings, gaskets), and labor costs for replacement
The warranty remains valid provided that normal equipment maintenance is carried out, consumables are replaced according to the manual, and the purchase of consumables is registered.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will replace the Easy unit with a new one.
